We are a results-driven digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses scale online through performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding, and more. We're looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a client-facing role involving lead generation, sales pitching, and closing deals in the digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, and networking.
• Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding to potential clients.
• Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person if required).
• Understand client needs and propose customized marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Designers, Content Creators, Ads Specialists) to align client expectations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of all sales activities using CRM or spreadsheets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitors’ strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field ( Optional )
• 0.6 – 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken & written).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Self-driven with a go-getter attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable with field sales going to client's location and attending client meetings when necessary ( Mandatory )
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, LinkedIn,SEO,SMM or CRM systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
