Description
As a Business Design Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to be part of business transformation engagements focusing on sales, service, marketing, and pricing functions through the lens of Customer Experience. You will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing client's business problems, conducting current state assessments, and providing insights and recommendations for future state design. Your expertise in key enterprise business processes, customer touchpoint & journey design, design thinking, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in your success. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business problems and visions - Conduct current state assessments with business stakeholders through workshops, questionnaires, and interviews - Analyze collected data points and provide meaningful insights and recommendations for future state design - Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development activities - Demonstrate expertise in either Sales or Service domain, including strategy, planning, management, and transformation roadmap - Utilize tech/tools skills in Design Collaboration tools (Mural/Miro/PPT/Visio) to create and modify CX Journey flows, Personas, Service Design Flows, and Process Flows Qualifications Required: - Business consulting background with knowledge of key enterprise business processes - Experience in customer touchpoint & journey design, design thinking, and stakeholder management - Proficiency in Design Collaboration tools (Mural/Miro/PPT/Visio) - Preferred expertise in Sales (B2B/B2C), Service, or CX Consulting services - Good to have vertical & Industry Experience in CPG & Retail, Telecom & Media (TMT), Advance manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, or other related industries Join EY in building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
