Business Design Lead

As a Business Manager - Design at Casantro, your role will involve managing the designing process for 12 to 15 projects each month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. You will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and work output of the design team, conducting training sessions as needed, and leading design discussions to achieve the desired output. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the designing projects for 12 to 15 projects monthly. - Overseeing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a team of 6 to 10 designers. - Focusing on customer experience and relationship management, including achieving high ratings on design Net Promoter Surveys. - Providing necessary training to designers on technical details. - Leading design discussions to align on project requirements and deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's qualification, preferably in B.Arch or B.Interior Design. - Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager. - Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects from end to end.,
