Business Data Analyst

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Data Analytics looking to join a dynamic team in the Banking domain. You have a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and a proven track record in data-driven decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and performing in-depth data analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI tools. You will also be responsible for supporting decision-making through dashboards, reports, and visualizations, as well as working closely with data engineering and BI teams for solution implementation. To excel in this role, you must have at least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a specific focus on Data Analytics in the Banking/Financial Services domain. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and preferably Python/R are essential. You should also possess a deep understanding of data pipelines, KPIs, and business metrics, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment is crucial. The ideal candidate will be available to join immediately or by August at the latest. Additionally, you should have strong documentation, storytelling, and data presentation skills, as well as experience collaborating with cross-functional tech and business teams.
