As a Business Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating commercial property transactions through efficient management of administrative tasks and operations. Your duties will involve overseeing lease management, updating and inputting data, collecting property-related information, and creating presentations. It is essential for you to collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Administration, IT Support, and Accounts to ensure smooth workflows and successful property transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage lease agreements and associated documentation. - Update and maintain precise data records. - Gather property information as required. - Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
