Job Summary

BCM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain

  Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans

• Conduct

  Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

  and risk assessments
• Align BCM strategies with

  organizational risk and compliance requirements

• Ensure BCM programs comply with

  international standards and best practices

• Coordinate and support

  BCP/DR drills, testing, and simulations

• Prepare and maintain BCM documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams
• Support audits and regulatory reviews related to BCM
• Present BCM findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or related field

• Strong understanding of

  Business Continuity practices, concepts, and trends

• Proven experience in

  BCM & DR planning and execution

• In-depth knowledge of BCM frameworks and standards such as:

• ISO 22301

• NCEMA guidelines

• COSO

• ISO 31000

• Professional certifications preferred:

• ISO 22301

• CBCI (Certified Business Continuity Institute)

• Advanced proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making

  skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to

  relocate to UAE

  if business demands

• Experience working in regulated or global environments
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or enterprise risk management teams
