Business Continuity Manager

You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the information security and business continuity program. Your role will require solid experience in information security and business continuity management, with in-depth knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. **Main Responsibilities:** - Establish the methodological framework for the continuity program including planning, roles/responsibilities, documentation, and review process. - Implement effective governance processes and maintain ISO 22301 certification. - Lead Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Risk Assessments to identify critical processes, dependencies, and acceptable recovery times. - Design, formalize, and keep updated Business Continuity Plans, IT Disaster Recovery Plans, and Crisis management procedures. - Develop a multi-year continuity testing plan, lead test execution, and report results to stakeholders. - Contribute to activating crisis management procedures during major incidents and ensure emergency contacts are up to date. - Ensure client requirements in terms of continuity are addressed and respected, lead discovery workshops, and integrate requirements into projects. - Develop and deliver awareness sessions on business continuity for employees and promote a culture of organizational resilience. - Ensure critical suppliers have adequate continuity plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on test results and audit findings. **Profile Sought:** **Education:** - Masters degree in IT, telecoms, cybersecurity, or equivalent. **Experience:** - Strong background in IT systems engineering with solid understanding of IT infrastructure, network architectures, cloud environments, and backup systems. - Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks. **Functional & Cross-Functional Skills:** - Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks/standards such as ISO 22301 and ITIL. - Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and excellent communication skills. **Personal Qualities:** - Rigor, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. - Natural leadership and ability to engage diverse stakeholders. - Analytical thinking, reactivity, and composure under crisis situations.,
