The Job

We are seeking an 3-15 Years, Senior Consultant/Consultant - Telecom OEM

Responsibilities:

• The individual should have extensive experience working with the foundry & design engineering community, semiconductor Lifecycle management (SLM).
• Product\Process Design in the semiconductor industry across foundry, fabless\IDM.
• Be the focal point between foundry, fabless/IDM, design teams & IT teams and be responsible in process technology areas to address technical needs.
• Gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirement and creating functional specifications for new systems and processes
• Assessing as-is processes, doing gap analysis, creating to-be processes and making recommendations to implement changes.
• Consulting clients in analyzing B2B customer segments for growth opportunities, designing B2B customer analytics.
• Involvement in additional internal firm building activities such as knowledge management and recruiting
• Lead and support sales efforts for new and existing clients in creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations, plan and participate in client meetings and discussions.
• Represent Infosys Consulting and present papers in industry conferences.
• Provide Technology and Consulting Leadership within/outside the firm on trends around one or more of latest Digital technologies (High Tech Consulting, Robotic Process Automation, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data technologies, Data Analytics, IoT etc.)

Your Profile

Required Qualifications:

• A seasoned High-Tech executive bringing experience in all segments of semiconductor ecosystem including but not limited to R&D, operations, manufacturing, sales & marketing, foundry, fabless/IDM.
• 5+ years of experience in process integration/engineering and customer-supplier management in semiconductor industry, including IDM, fabless, and silicon foundry.
• 5+ years operations experience in semiconductor industry with 2-3 years consulting experience.
• Excellent understanding in semiconductor landscape and operations (e.g., technical, operations, commercial).
• Experience in Electronics Design Automation process using Synopsys, Cadence, etc.
• Business process modeling skills, business requirement elicitation & workshop facilitation.
• Exposure to cloud solution -AWS, AZURE
• Demonstrated technical expertise in the productization of advanced technologies.
• Product experience (operators, design houses, OEMs, ISVs) a definite plus.
• Experience of managing/ driving business development in high-technology organizations, catering to the B2B space.
• Experience in Process Technologies and Design-Technology co-optimization.
• Creating and supporting Process Design Kits (PDK)
• Bachelors degree / Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B Schools in India or foreign equivalent required.
• Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations.
• Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum, ITIL, Cloud and other industry related certifications would be a plus.
