Business Consulting- SAFe Scrum Master

NTT DATA is looking for a Business Consulting- SAFe Scrum Master to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra (IN-MH), India. As a SAFe Scrum Master, your main responsibilities will include facilitating team events, removing impediments, coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring quality deliverables, facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, promoting collaboration and communication, organizational responsibilities, supporting the Agile Release Train (ART), risk management, and advocating for SAFe principles and practices across the organization. You will be responsible for leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Identifying and resolving roadblocks that hinder team progress and escalating issues that are beyond the team's control will be crucial in your role. Additionally, you will guide team members on Agile and Scrum principles and practices, mentor the Product Owner on effective product backlog management and prioritization, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. It will be your duty to guide the team to maintain a "Definition of Done," focus on delivering high-quality increments, promote technical excellence, and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events. You will also foster a collaborative environment where team members feel safe to share ideas, encourage open communication and transparency, and participate in Communities of Practice to share best practices. As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will be advocating for SAFe principles and practices across the organization, participating in organizational change management related to Agile adoption, supporting the Agile Release Train (ART), optimizing the flow of value delivery within the ART, and helping the team identify and assess risks while facilitating risk mitigation strategies.
