Business Consultant Restaurant Operations & Analytics

You will be joining Pyvot, a restaurant-tech consultancy founded by ex-Zomato leaders, to help restaurants unlock growth through data-driven online ordering, menu analytics, and operational excellence. In your role as a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Pyvot's solutions by auditing workflows, configuring systems, analyzing data, and delivering measurable impact within weeks. This hands-on role will require you to work at the intersection of consulting, analytics, and operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Audit online ordering and POS processes to identify efficiency gaps - Configure aggregator dashboards and unified order consoles - Analyze sales, cancellations, and menu data to drive actionable strategies - Design & implement SOPs across FOH and BOH teams; lead on-site training - Track key metrics such as prep time, cancellation %, and contribution margin to drive improvements - Support new outlet and cloud kitchen launches - Feed insights into internal playbooks and thought leadership content **Qualifications Required:** - 03 years of experience in F&B operations, consulting, or analytics (internships welcome) - A degree in Hospitality, Business, Engineering or similar field - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; SQL/BI tools are a bonus - Clear communication in English + Hindi or Bengali - A startup mindset: adaptable, action-oriented, and ownership-driven - Willingness to travel up to 70% across Kolkata If you join Pyvot, you will benefit from direct mentorship from ex-Zomato city and regional heads, access to top industry events, and fast-tracked career growth.
