Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Provide regular reports and feedback to management on customer interactions and market trends. Participate in promotional events and campaigns as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Passion for sales and business development. Willingness to work in the field and travel locally as needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Flexible with work timings, including weekends or evenings if needed.
