Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of digital and ERP solutions.
• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives, focusing on improving data accuracy, data availability, and process efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, costs, ROI, governance, and compliance standards.
• Participate in large-scale ERP implementations, particularly SAP- and Oracle-based IT product deployments across supply chain and procurement domains.
• Utilize project and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail to track deliverables, manage risks, and monitor progress across project phases.
• Translate complex datasets into visual dashboards and reports, enabling actionable insights through effective data visualization and storytelling.
• Demonstrate strong IT project management and stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined cost, scope, and timeline constraints.
• Support integrated planning, procurement, and supply chain workflows through technology enablement and process optimization.
• Engage in transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability, automation, and business outcomes.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Business Consulting, IT Consulting, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and integrated planning processes.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment support.
• Experience using project and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) for tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Experience in automation initiatives involving Outlook, SharePoint, PDF processing, and web-based workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and executive-ready dashboards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
