• Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain complex Workday integrations using the full suite of tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect (PECIs).
• Advanced Reporting: Create sophisticated Matrix, Composite, and nBox reports. Youll leverage Calculated Fields to transform raw data into actionable executive insights.
• System Optimization: Lead the technical side of semi-annual Workday releases, identifying new features that can automate manual HR processes.
• Data Management: Act as the gatekeeper for data integrity. Use iLoad and EIB for mass data uploads while ensuring strict adherence to security protocols.
• BIRT Development: Design and customize business form layouts (like Compensation Statements or Offer Letters) using the BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) designer.
• Troubleshooting: Serve as the Tier 3 support for integration failures, web service errors (SOAP/REST), and complex business process logic.
