Job Description

As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving client engagements, conducting pre-sales consultations, and overseeing end-to-end solution efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting solution walkthroughs, product demos, and customized presentations to meet client needs. - Proactively generating leads through cold calling and outreach, and qualifying potential clients. - Managing CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively. - Ensuring timely communication and deal progression through consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. - Collaborating with internal teams such as tech, marketing, and sales to align on deliverables. - Creating business proposals, use-case documents, and tailored solution decks. - Developing business cases to showcase ROI and value for proposed solutions. - Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within client accounts. - Representing the organization in client meetings, industry events, and engagements. - Engaging with B2B clients to comprehend their business objectives and mobility requirements. - Gathering client feedback to influence product roadmap and service enhancement initiatives. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in B2B consulting, pre-sales, or technology solutioning. - Proficiency in working with CRM tools and client lifecycle management. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Analytical mindset with a consultative and problem-solving approach. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
