Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Co-Founder located in Jaipur, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Co-Founder will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing and executing business strategies, leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting research, establishing key partnerships, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The selected candidate will work closely with the founder to drive the company's growth and success.

Partnership will be based on equity split.

Joining in with investment is recommended.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities (Highly recommended)
• Age - Under 30 (Recommended but not necessary)
• Excellent Communication skills (Highly recommended)
• Experience in Sales and Marketing (Recommended)
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies (Highly recommended)
• Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively (Highly recommended)
• Experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
