Assure the manufacturing process and performance within the tire manufacturing environment meet safety, quality, customer service, innovation, and cost standards
Operate within company policies and in full compliance with applicable country lawsReview and evaluate Business Center budget requirements for capital expenditures, labor, and production/operations, ensuring budget objectives are metBuild a culture of “Zero Loss” by driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, productivity, waste reduction, quality, safety, and environmental performanceLead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the Business Center to enhance operational excellenceDrive initiatives that promote the continuous development and upskilling of associatesDevelop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure effective succession planning within the Business Center
