Currently present in 17 cities across West, South, and North regions in India, Arka has 300+ employees across all branches and is a subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL). **Job Description:** **Role:** Business Branch Manager **Product:** Small Ticket Loan Against Property **Vertical:** Sales **Grade:** Based on previous experience **Reporting To:** Cluster Business Manager **Remuneration:** Best in the industry, commensurate with qualifications and experience **Location:** Erode/Salem/Dharmapuri/Perambalur/Trichy/Thanjavur/Karaikudi/Ramanathapuram/Madurai **Key Responsibility Areas:** - P&L responsibility of the branch - Building sales distribution channel to ensure disbursement targets - Cross-selling to existing clients - Responsible for managing sales of Micro LAP (Small Ticket Loan Against Property) in the given region - Sourcing new business from walk-in customers and through cold calling, open market, connectors, and cross-sell - Guiding clients to obtain loans - Meeting targets to act as a productive resource - Fulfilling budgetary expectations of the organization - Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity - Preparing and maintaining MIS reports **Must-Haves:** - Worked in the same cluster location and handled at least 3 branches in the same cluster - Healthy writing and good communication skills - Minimum job stability of 2 years in the current organization - Team-building ability and willingness to travel to all branches **Education:** - Minimum qualification of Graduate & above **Requirements:** - Team handling experience of minimum 5-7 years - Candidate age between 25-30 years - Good communication skills in the local language and basic system knowledge,
