Role & responsibilities

Trade Income Delivery

Achieve targeted Trade Fee income from disbursement, activation, and utilization of trade products across the MIB asset base.

Forex Income Delivery

Deliver Forex income by increasing usage of Forex solutions in the MIB asset customer base.

Overall Income Delivery

Achieve targeted Trade & Forex fee income from existing, NTB (New-to-Bank), and NTT (New-to-Trade) customers through effective activation, utilization, and expansion of Trade & Forex products.

Non-Fund Based Book

Grow book size in LC/BG issuances with no fund outflow.
Focus on high-volume customers and products with superior fee yields.

Fund Based Book

Increase usage of sanctioned fund-based facilities (CC/OD) across the MIB portfolio.
Ensure product usage generates interest income.

NTB / NTT Numbers

Onboard NTB and NTT customers with active Trade and Forex product penetration.

Product Mix

Maintain a balanced contribution of traditional (LC/BG) and non-traditional (Bullion, etc.) products to diversify income streams.
Increase adoption of digital product journeys and DIY transaction modes.

Digital Penetration

Increase adoption of digital Forex product journeys and DIY transaction modes.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

Ensure the regulatory health of the portfolio by reducing trade regulatory outstanding items.
Govern the implementation of risk-related policies and processes for the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for trade and forex-led asset structuring and business proliferation.
Drive local-level strategy and execution of BBTFx business Trade & Forex.
