Business Banking Risk Forecasting - Vice President

As a Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Risk Credit Forecasting VP, you are associated with a team that is at the heart of the firm's financial strategy, driving pivotal processes around credit, capital, and climate risk. You estimate future credit losses for consumers and small businesses across various portfolios, providing critical insights and analysis on credit losses under different macroeconomic scenarios. You work closely with internal teams such as Finance and Strategy, specifically within the Business Banking (BB) Credit Forecasting team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be a primary liaison between Business Banking Loss Forecasting and Business Partners (Finance, Strategy, Marketing, etc.). - Lead the creation and ongoing performance and maintenance of Tools/Models for Loss impacts on Business Banking partner processes (pricing, origination strategy). - Understand and develop creative estimates for risk forecasts out of the scope of existing methodologies that significantly impact the portfolio's expected performance. - Monitor the Business Banking Portfolio to identify areas of improvement in processes to align with risk objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance/Stats/Econ/Math/Engineering) or equivalent work/training. - Minimum 7+ years of experience in pricing, loss forecasting analytics, risk management, and/or modeling. - Proficiency in analytical languages (Python, SAS, etc.) and relational databases (SQL, Snowflake, Teradata). - Strong communication skills for presenting and collaborating with business partners. - Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills to synthesize diverse information and develop recommendations. - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, exercising good judgment. - Ability to assemble, interpret, and summarize data, prepare reports, and make presentations with analyses and recommendations to Senior Management. - Capable of creating and owning principal work streams that significantly impact business health.,
