Job Description

Title - Online Business Manager / Virtual Assistant

Full time role, Remote (Work from home)

Work Hours- Mon to Fri, US Shift only (IST Time between 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)


  • Inbox and calendar management
  • Primary/secondary research
  • Travel itinerary creation and bookings
  • Data analysis and management
  • Project management and coordination
  • CRM operation
  • Sales operations support (lead generation, paperwork)


Requirement

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience (excluding freelance/internships)
  • 12-month minimum commitment upon hiring (contract will be signed)
  • Diverse backgrounds accepted: customer service, operations, admin, project management, etc.
  • Excellent English Speaking Skills


Other Info

  • Work involves remote business operations/admin support for US clients; no direct sales
  • Non-tech focus, but tech professionals looking to switch are welcome
  • Full-time position.
