About The Team

We are hiring a Business Associate- Partner Success for the Publisher team. This team builds SaaS solutions for both smallcase Managers to build their portfolio practice and business, and for smallcase distributors to take smallcases to their client base.This team closet works with all the SEBI Registered RA & RIAs on the platform that create model portfolios. You'll be a key player in onboarding these RA & RIAs & a part of a dynamic environment where things move quickly and you can see the direct impact of your work.

About The Role

The Associate will support the Partner Onboarding & provide operational support by ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners, coordinating across stakeholders, and taking end-to-end ownership of onboarding, offboarding & other operational requirements from a business perspective

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner Onboarding Support
  • Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners on the platform
  • Ensure all required documentation and compliance checks are completed within timelines
  • Provide support to partners throughout their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth experience
  • RA Licence Coordination
  • Guide prospective leads through the process of obtaining the RA licence
  • Coordinate with external agencies for documentation, application submission, and tracking of progress
  • Operations Management
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks required from a business point of view
  • Track, monitor, and resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports for ongoing onboarding and operations activities.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal ( Ops, Finance etc) to ensure onboarding, offboarding & licence change requirements are met
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including agencies and partners, to ensure timely task completion
  • Support the Business team in handling operational tasks related to their respective partner accounts
  • Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding and operations process and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare regular status reports on partner onboarding and operational tasks for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines throughout the onboarding process.

What We Look For In You

  • 1-2 years of experience with an eagerness to learn and stay updated on operational practices
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams to drive the desired level of performance
  • Prior experience working with the broking ecosystem, wealth tech, or AMC space would be a plus
