Job Description: Sales Representative – Outbound Voice Sales (USA)

Location: Noida, sector 63

Experience Level: Freshers to 2+ years

Job Type: Full-time , only USA Shift, Night Shift

Job Timing/Shift : 8:00pm - 5:30am/ Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and present the services offered by the company
• Engage with leads to build strong relationships and identify sales opportunities
• Follow scripts and provide detailed information about the products and services
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales tactics and strategies

Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
