Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Associate (Freelance Payout). The Business Associate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, analyzing financial data, and assisting with loan product applications. The role involves customer service, coordinating with banking partners, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Experience in Business operations and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in understanding various financial products and services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
