About The Role

Project Role :Business Architect

Project Role Description :Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

As a Senior OTM Consultant you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices. Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects.

Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.

Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.

Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.

Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.

Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps environment .

Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.Professional & Technical
Skills:

15+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud and should have exposure to both functional and technical areas.

Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.

Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build and release processes.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration.

Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).

This position is based at our Pune office.

15 years full time education is required.
