Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. You will engage with teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and guiding implementation strategies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with technology trends and their implications for business transformation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
