Key Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and business analysis, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across various departments and internal and external technology/development teams.

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate into detailed technical specifications. creating FRDs and BRDs
• Create and maintain documentation such as test plans, use cases and wireframes.
• Proficient knowledge of project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bit bucket, Figma is necessary.
• Effectively manage change requests received from the business; align and dedicate task to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design, develop, and implement solutions that address business challenges.
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to align business requirements with technology division.
• Conduct the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that developments meet business needs and requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders and development teams throughout the implementation process.
• Align with internal and external development teams, monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and management.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
