Job Description

As a Business and Sales Administrator at our company, your role will involve managing key administrative, sales, and purchasing functions. You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end processing of orders, billing, and leveraging our presence on the IndiaMART platform. Key Responsibilities: - Process and track all incoming sales inquiries and outgoing purchase orders. - Actively manage and coordinate sales and communication through the IndiaMART platform. - Generate and issue invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes. - Maintain organized digital and physical records for all transactions. - Manage correspondence, scheduling, and general office tasks. - Assist with inventory tracking and basic logistics coordination. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA (Freshers highly encouraged to apply) is preferred. - Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) is essential. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized approach to handling financial documents and data. - Work Ethic: Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced business environment.,
