Job Description

JD:

We are seeking a skilled resource with strong expertise in Business Analytics and Power BI to support the automation of our Operations Dashboard and to build chatbot capabilities for enhanced analytics and reporting. The goal is to automate and enhance our existing operational dashboards and enable conversational, real-time reporting via chatbot.

The candidate should have the following capabilities:

Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards
A good understanding of business analytics and operational metrics (with focus on data storytelling)
Skilled in automating data workflows across diverse data sources
Ability to build and integrate chatbot capabilities including integrating Power BI with chatbot interfaces
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including senior leadership to gather, understand and translate requirements into effective solutions
Good communication skills
