Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Analytics Lead Analyst at our company, you will be a strategic professional who stays updated on developments within your field and contributes to the directional strategy by applying them to your job and the business. You will be recognized as a technical authority in a specific area within the business, requiring basic commercial awareness. Your role will involve providing advice and guidance related to the technology or operations of the business, impacting the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance - Identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision-making capability in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment - Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies - Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, communicating findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in roles such as Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst, or related positions involving quantitative analytics supporting financial services - Experience analyzing large datasets and applying mathematical, statistical, and quantitative analysis techniques for complex analyses and data mining Education: - Bachelor's/University degree required, Master's degree preferred Key Skills Required: - Relevant industry experience preferred, particularly in technology, product development, or related fields - Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in Wholesale Lending products or related products considered advantageous - Experience in working with technology, writing detailed business requirements, and overseeing technology implementation - Proven track record in collaboration across different businesses, regions, and/or support functions - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a Product Owner mindset - Excellent communication skills up to the senior level - Advanced Excel and database analysis/management skills - Strong Word and PowerPoint skills Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.,
