Business Analytics Int Analyst - C11

As a Business Analytics Analyst (C11) in the TTS Analytics team at the global Treasury & Trade Services business, your role will involve providing analytical insights to the Product, Pricing, Client Experience, and Sales functions. You will work on various business problems aimed at driving acquisitions, cross-sell, revenue growth, and enhancements in client experience. Leveraging multiple analytical approaches, tools, and techniques, you will analyze data from different sources to deliver data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders. Reporting to the AVP/VP leading the team, you will work on multiple analyses throughout the year focusing on business problems across the client life cycle such as acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention for the TTS business. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 5-8 years of experience in data analytics. You must have experience in marketing analytics, sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, retention, and various analytical methods like hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, and test vs. control comparison. Experience in predictive modeling using Machine Learning is essential. In terms of analytical skills, you should possess strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in converting business problems into analytical tasks, formulating analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data, and hands-on experience in retrieving and manipulating data from big data environments. Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, PySpark, Hive, Scala, MS Excel, and PowerPoint is required, while experience with Tableau is a plus. Soft skills such as the ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex business problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong process/project management skills, and the ability to coach and mentor juniors are also important for this role. Additionally, you should be able to contribute to organizational initiatives in competency development, training, and other organizational building activities.
