Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Marketing & Content Analytics team at Citi, where your primary responsibility will be to design and evaluate the impact of marketing efforts across various channels and lines of business (LOBs). Your role will involve driving the efficient utilization of the limited marketing budget to achieve the best return on investment (ROI). The team focuses on implementing data-driven strategies to engage Citi clients across different channels. You will be involved in areas such as Marketing Analytics, Event ROI Analytics, Social & Web Analytics, Business critical Dashboards, Opportunity sizing, Process Efficacy, and Business Intelligence Tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage marketing partners, assess the impact of marketing efforts, and optimize the return from campaigns within the given marketing budget - Source and analyze data from various sources related to client events, assess their impact on client engagement and ROI, and provide recommendations for future events - Understand the engagement of existing and prospective Citi clients across digital platforms, optimize the placement of banners/offers, and aim for the best returns in terms of client acquisition and engagement - Develop self-explanatory and detailed dashboards to review ongoing marketing efforts and derive real-time insights for future actions - Proactively provide recommendations for future marketing strategies across channels - Review existing and new processes periodically, identify ways to streamline and optimize them using tools like Gen AI tools such as Genesis and Github - Deploy and enhance existing/new reports to advanced reporting platforms Qualifications Required: - Masters/MCA or Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology/Computer Science from premier institutes with at least 6 years of experience in delivering analytical solutions - Ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex business problems and present them in a structured and simplified form to management - Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, Hive, and Impala - Experience working with large, complex, unstructured datasets, data warehouses, and extracting data using relevant programs and coding - Experience in Investment Analytics, Retail Analytics, Credit Cards, Services, Banking & Markets Financial Services would be advantageous - Understanding of Customer lifecycle - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong team player with the ability to guide and mentor junior analysts Additional Company Details: The Marketing & Content Analytics team at Citi is dedicated to utilizing best-in-class tools and technology to achieve top-notch analytical solutions across business units.
