Business Analytics Analyst

As a Business Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for developing client-centric analytical solutions focused on business issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing analytical solutions with a client-first approach. - Leading and executing complex analytical projects such as building models and implementing solutions. - Applying segmentation techniques, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and statistical methodologies. - Managing relationships with stakeholders across departments and regions. - Developing project strategies, delegating tasks, and maintaining communication across teams. - Engaging in training, competency development, and internal organizational initiatives. You will report to the VP Business Growth and work closely with external stakeholders such as clients. The required technical skills for this role include proficiency in Python or R programming, Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling, P&L Forecasting, Product Pricing, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst). Your soft skills should include the ability to work independently or in a team, excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as flexibility and initiative-taking. To qualify for this position, you need a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in data analytics or a Master's Degree with 2 years of experience. Hands-on experience in SAS and SQL, working with large datasets and data warehouses, and proficiency in relevant programming languages are essential. A strong background in Statistical Analysis is also required. Experience in Credit Cards, Retail Banking, or other domains is acceptable.,
