Business Analyst with Scrum Master Experience

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience, your primary focus will be on Agile/Scrum environments. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and user stories. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to manage multiple priorities and deliverables with attention to detail while solving problems and thinking critically in fast-paced settings. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress. - Serve as the Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies, encouraging teams to embrace agile principles for higher efficiency. - Prepare clear, concise documentation for business requirements, user stories, and system specifications to ensure a shared understanding among stakeholders. - Foster strong communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and outcomes are well understood. - Identify potential risks and roadblocks, proactively working to mitigate them for smooth project delivery. - Support the team in following Scrum practices and agile best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Agile/Scrum environments. - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred. - Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and user stories. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables with attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments. - Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.,
