Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ERP and CRM platforms to support process optimization, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will understand how ERP and CRM systems support end-to-end business functions and will work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Must Have

3+ years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
2+ years with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
Experience in data mapping, testing, and UAT

CRM Knowledge (any of the following)

Salesforce
HubSpot
Zoho CRM
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
SAP CRM

ERP Knowledge (any of the following)

SAP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC)
Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle E-Business Suite
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
NetSuite
Odoo

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ERP and CRM systems.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams for ERP/CRM implementations or enhancements.
Gather and document detailed business requirements related to ERP and CRM functions (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Customer Support).
Perform gap analysis between current system functionality and business needs.
Create reports and dashboards using built-in analytics tools.
Support ERP/CRM data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
Provide end-user support and help resolve ERP/CRM-related issues.
