Business Analyst

We are seeking a creative and user-centered  UX Designer  to shape the experience of innovative AI/ML-powered applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and developers to design intuitive, accessible, and effective interfaces that help users understand and interact with machine learning insights and features.
 Key Responsibilities 
Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for AI/ML use cases.Translate complex AI/ML workflows and model outputs into user-friendly interfaces.Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Work closely with UI designers and developers to implement and iterate on designs.Design dashboards, analytics views, and interaction models for visualizing predictions, metrics, and model decisions.Ensure usability, accessibility, and design consistency across platforms.Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs via user testing, A/B testing, or feedback loops.Advocate for the end-user during the product lifecycle, especially in model explainability and trust-building interactions. Required Skills 
Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant fieldMust have minimum 3+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 1+ year contributing to AI/ML projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.Experience working with dashboards, analytics, or complex data visualization interfaces.Understanding of AI/ML concepts, such as model predictions, confidence scores, and data flows.Experience in designing conversational flows for AI Agents/chatbot Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to non-design audiences, including developers and ML engineers.
