Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to understand business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions. You will need to effectively communicate with clients in a technical manner and prepare convincing write-ups and messages. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in comprehending complex project requirements and preparing detailed documentation, including reviewing existing documents to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user requirements gathering sessions to gain a deep understanding of business requirements. - Communicate with clients in a technical manner and prepare persuasive write-ups and messages. - Prepare detailed documentation for complex project requirements. - Review existing documents to identify gaps and areas for improvement. - Perform System GAP Analysis and map business requirements to Functional solutions. - Document requirements such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Software Requirement Specification, and ensure client sign-off. - Create wireframes and data flow diagrams. - Develop Functional specifications for developers to implement application solutions. - Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. - Ensure the quality assurance of all deliverables provided by the project team and implementation vendors. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and technical teams. - Ability to accurately analyze and document complex business requirements. - Proficiency in creating wireframes, data flow diagrams, and other necessary documentation. - Experience in facilitating scrum meetings and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.,
