Business Analyst U.S. Payroll & Accounting Software

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for development teams. You will coordinate with Development, Testing, and PS teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of features. Your role will also involve supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outputs. Additionally, you will facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and validate requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for development teams. - Coordinate with Development, Testing, and PS teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of features. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outputs. - Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and validate requirements. Qualification Required: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Visio, Excel). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise requirements.
