To excel in this role, you should possess a Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Visio, and Excel is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills are required to effectively translate complex business needs into clear and concise requirements.
