The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating closely with the Product, Software Development, and QA teams. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to payroll and accounting systems. Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for development teams. Coordinate with Development, Testing, and PS teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of features. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outputs. Monitor software performance and assist in the continuous improvement of payroll and accounting features. Analyze and ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and accounting standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Must have 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment, preferably in payroll or accounting domains. Must have experience in U.S. payroll and tax reporting processes, accounting principles, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Visio, Excel).
