Contract To Hire(C2H) Role Location: PAN-INDIA Payroll: BCforward Work Mode: Hybrid JD Description: Key Responsibilities of a UiPath Process & Quality Analyst: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows for RPA initiatives. • Develop detailed process documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and user stories. • Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture as-is and to-be process states. • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for RPA solutions. • Validate automated processes against business requirements and design documents. • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of UiPath bots. • Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolution. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in RPA development. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on automation logic and testability. • Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports on quality metrics. • Continuously improve testing processes and tools for RPA projects. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs. • Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation projects. • Strong understanding of business process mapping and reengineering. • Familiarity with UiPath platform and RPA concepts. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • UiPath Business Analyst or RPA certifications (preferred).
