Job Title: Business Analyst Travel & Payments

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements for travel booking systems, itineraries, and payment flows
Define user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
Analyze and improve payment performance, success rates, fraud, and chargebacks
Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable payment integrations
Support UAT by validating test scenarios and business outcomes
Track KPIs and create insights using SQL, Excel, or BI tools
Coordinate with payment providers, banks, and fraud teams

Skills & Experience

5+ years as a Business Analyst in
travel tech or fintech
Experience with
OTA platforms, travel APIs, and payment gateways
Knowledge of
PCI compliance, Agile/Scrum, and data analysis
tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
