Job Description

JD1: Business Analyst

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on large-scale
ERP implementations
.
Direct experience on at least one
full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation
project.
Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and how they integrate within SAP.
Experience with
SAP Activate
methodology, particularly the Discover and Prepare/Explore phases.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

JD2: PMO

6+ years
of progressive project management experience, with a focus on large-scale ERP implementations.
A minimum of
2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience managing projects with significant budgets (e.g., >$5M) and large, globally distributed teams.
Experience with FinTech integrations to SAP
Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies, particularly
SAP Activate
.
PMP (Project Management Professional)
or equivalent certification is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, negotiate with vendors, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
