Technical Skills:

8+ years of experience as a BSA or similar role supporting finance or data analytics projects.
Proven track record of Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
Good understanding of corporate finance processes (e.g., FP&A, treasury, controllership, capital planning).
Familiarity with data engineering concepts: ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) and SQL querying.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional delivery teams.
