Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Requirement Gathering

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure a shared understanding.

Process Analysis & Improvement

Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Documentation & Governance

Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and documentation standards.
Support knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users.

Solution Design & Implementation Support

Propose business and system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Support solution implementation, testing, and user acceptance (UAT).
Assist in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Support project planning by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Project & Delivery Support

Assist project managers in defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Track requirement changes, dependencies, risks, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
Support release planning, change management, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process improvements.
Provide post-implementation support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business teams by providing analytical insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
