Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team and act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product roadmaps. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for user-centric design, and the ability to drive product development from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the voice of the customer and business across the development lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product backlog: prioritize features, bugs, and improvements based on business value and user impact.
• Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered features meet business expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product vision, goals, and KPIs.
• Continuously analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, PRDs, and process diagrams.

Skill and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 48 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Proven experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
