The Business Analyst in the Customer Journey Squad will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience by analysing business needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital solutions. This role requires an in-depth understanding of customer interactions, banking processes, and system integrations to drive innovation and efficiency in customer onboarding, servicing, and retention.
