Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager at our company, your main responsibility will be to lead project execution, gather requirements, and facilitate collaboration between business and tech teams. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document both business and technical requirements effectively - Develop BRDs/FRDs, user stories, use cases, and project plans along with technical documentation - Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution - Manage sprints, releases, and client communications efficiently - Provide support in pre-sales activities and identify opportunities for upselling - Implement Change Management processes effectively - Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Figma, MS 365, Hunt docs, Google Docs, etc. Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience in Technical Project Management/Business Analysis - Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, SDLC, and proficiency in JIRA - Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases - Excellent communication skills and adept at stakeholder management - Immediate availability is mandatory for this role.,
