What You'll Own (Role Overview)

4 key responsibility areas

1?? Specifications and User Story Writing

• Translate vision, mock-ups, and predefined concepts into actionable user stories, detailed functional requirements, and end-to-end workflows.
• Break down high-level ideas into concrete, unambiguous specifications that guide engineering with precision.
• Document clear acceptance criteria, edge cases, and expected behaviours.
• Review the existing application to ensure consistency and continuously refine functional documentation.
• Use

  Azure DevOps

  for product and delivery management, ensuring proper structure and traceability.
• Collaborate in

  Figma

  to refine flows and interaction details when needed.

2?? Requirement Development, Analysis & Agile Delivery (40%)

-Coordinate with developers to clarify requirements, validate scope, and remove ambiguity.

-Prepare work items for sprint planning, ensuring tasks are complete and ready for development.

-Validate developed features against specifications and expected behaviours.

-Support release readiness: release notes, internal communication, and functional verification.

-Lead discovery sessions to gather, validate, and refine detailed requirements

-Help backlog refinement, sprint planning, and definition of ready/done

-Work closely with UX, Dev, QA & DevOps for smooth, high-quality delivery

-Support UAT, clarify requirements, and validate end-to-end workflows

3?? Risk, Compliance & Data-Driven Decision Making (20%)

-Integrate Security and data-privacy principles into requirements

-Identify operational, technical, and data risks early in the lifecycle

4?? Operations, Support & Continuous Improvement (15%)

-Partner with Support to analyze customer issues and define backlog priorities

-Work with Release Management for change readiness & documentation

-Participate in RCA discussions to convert gaps into improvements

-Ensure operational readiness through internal training & communication

Who You Are

-4+ years experience in BA/PO roles within SaaS or product-based companies

-Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban or SAFe)

-Proven ability to transform a product vision into concrete actions and detailed specifications.

-Exceptional written English, with flawless grammar and clear, structured communication.

-Excellent at breaking down complex ideas into clear requirements

Miro / Visio / Lucidchart, Figma

-Strong analytical abilities, data-lens thinking, and structured communication

-Comfortable working cross-functionally across product, engineering, design & support
