Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Product Manager with 4-5 years of experience in product-led environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities. This role will be pivotal in driving product excellence through structured governance, market insights, and roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Strategy

• Deep dive into product details, features,current status, maturity etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain the

  product roadmap

• Break down roadmap features into

  epics, stories, and tasks

  using JIRA.
• Track progress and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct

  market research

  and

  competitive analysis

  to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable product strategies and epics.

Governance & Tracking

• Own the

  governance of epics

  , including prioritization, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor

  manhours vs actuals

  , CapEx/OpEx categorization, and tech cost governance.

Documentation & Communication

• Help with

  product documentation

  , including feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria and Though papers.
• Create impactful

  presentations and reports

  for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation in tools like

  Confluence, JIRA

  .

Process & Best Practices

• Define and implement

  process settings and best practices

  for product development and delivery.
• Ensure consistent use of templates and formats for epics and stories

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Engineering or related field
• MBA in Business, Strategy, or Product Management
• 4-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management
• Proficiency in

  JIRA

  MS PowerPoint

• Strong understanding of

  product lifecycle

  ,

  agile methodologies
