Business Analyst - Product Flexcube

As a Flexcube IT Business Analyst, your role will involve facilitating communication between product teams, business users, and technical experts to ensure clear and efficient exchange of information. Your primary goal will be to support the exploration of business performance and key metrics for enhanced business planning and improved customer experience. Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of relevant experience - 5+ years experience with Flexcube Core-banking platform - Flexcube Core banking techno-functional and experience in Oracle Flex 11.X version - Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships - Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
